Amy MuCulloch & Andy Walton Wedding December 23, 2005 at 4 pm Wedding Coordination Proposal dated: August 9, 2005 Personal Wedding Coordinator: Brenda Alfaro Pre-Planning Fee: Contracts Ajua Wedding for preplanning services and reserves your proposed wedding date only with Ajua Weddings. Initial Wedding Coordination Deposit: Contracts Ajua Weddings for your actual wedding, confirms your wedding date subject to availabity of judges and reserves your location and key suppliers, subject to their availabity. Wedding date and suppliers are subject to confirmation once we received your first coordination deposit. We encourage you to make your First Wedding Coordination Deposit as soon as possible. PLEASE READ: Without the Initial Wedding Coordination deposit, only our services are confirmed not your actual wedding location nor the key participants. Many of them book up well in advance, as do we, and the earlier we can reserve their services the better for you. Restaurant and Catering Reservations require a separate deposit and are not transferable to the wedding coordination fees. Payment Options: 1. Payment with credit or debit cards accepted with a secure server through Mollyguard and PayPal. 2. PayPal member payments 3. Cash 4. Traveler's Checks 5. Wire Transfers (please write for instructions) Please Note. You do not need to open a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card; however, we do suggest you do so for future payments with a credit or debit card you will not use for making your payments, if possible. Credit and debit cards can only be processed online for wedding coordination and events. IMPORTANT For Mollyguard and Pay Pal Payments, you must have your email address and password to complete. Please remember to bring them to Playa del Carmen if you plan to make the final payment in Mexico with a debit or credit card, which can only be handled via the secure site through Mollyguard or Paypal.
